Processing times!
For all jewellery and headbands there is a processing time of 1-2 weeks as most items are made to order. This means there will be a rough wait of 1-2 weeks before your item is shipped. 
For supplies the processing time will vary depending on the item. Clay & Slayyy limited edition monthly boxes will be shipped within 1 week unless they are a pre-order. If you have pre-ordered a Clay & Slayyy box please allow up to 3 weeks for your box to be shipped as I will be waiting on supplies.
For silicone moulds please allow 2-3 weeks for the items to be dispatched. I only have one master for the moulds meaning I can not make multiple moulds in one day.
I send all items with royal mail, you will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched, depending on what shipping method you selected upon check out.
FAQ
What metals do you use for your jewellery? - All of this information will be in the listing for the item you're enquiring about. For earring posts I use stainless steel. You can leave me a note when checking out if you would prefer sterling silver, this is at no extra cost! 
How do I know if I need a wide fit headband? - If you suffer with headaches or find general high street headbands a tight/uncomfortable fit, wear a wig or have a large head, please let me know when checking out that you would like a wide fitting headband. This is at no extra cost!
What do I do if I need to cancel my order? - I do not accept cancellations as I make to order and this pays for my time during the making process. However I am happy to discuss swapping the item to a product of an equal value if you email me before you item has shipped.
What do I do if my order arrives broken? - If your order has arrived broken please email me so I can solve this for you. 
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived? - If you purchased a tracked shipping option please check your tracking info. I will have exactly the same info that you have. If it has been delivered please check with your neighbours if you can not locate the item. If the item is delayed due to customs or international shipping, please be patient. Your items will indeed arrive on due course.
Do I need to pay import/custom charges? - Yes as the customer you're responsible for paying any customs/import or handling charges within your country.
